2018 Art Auction

1st Annual Art Auction @ The Bindery - Friday, May 11

FMES PTO will be hosting our first annual Art Auction, Friday, May 11th at The Bindery (1727 Haight St) from 7-10pm (adults only).

All proceeds from the event go straight to the school to help fund our classrooms, LEAP Arts, our libraries, developing the Tech Makerspace and delivering the best enrichment programs for all students at McCoppin.

There will be a live auction featuring collaborative framed art pieces by our very talented McCoppin students as well as a silent auction for great prizes including wine tastings and tours, massage, hotel stays, Giant's tickets and more.

Advance sale tickets are available starting Monday April 30th until May 11th. Buy tickets at the playground between 8:15 and 9:00am, or from your child's teacher at any time.  Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door the night of the event.

The Pearl of the Richmond District

Frank McCoppin Elementary School, serving the Inner Richmond District, provides students with a standards-based program to help them develop skills that exceed California requirements.  Parents, students, and staff at this small school near Golden Gate Park have created an academic community dedicated to outstanding achievement yet attentive to the needs of the all its members.  We have high expectations for our children, encouraging them to aim for their personal best every day.  The faculty holds itself to the same standard, constantly seeking new ways to stimulate and inspire.
